It is designed for professional and business use, for various members of the same company who can make note of their appointments and pending tasks. That means you can co-ordinate and plan all employees` movements. It also has a powerful internal searcher to make it much easier to find any of these tasks.



OrgScheduler Pro can export data from the program directly to Outlook, and also to text, HTML, XML or XLS formats. To each of the events you can assign different colour tones (depending on importance) and you can also, from the program, manage large scale sending of emails and SMS.



Access to the OrgScheduler Pro work calendar is password-protected. Searching can be done using the internal searcher or filtering by day, week, month or even year. You can also generate professional and elegant reports.
